"I just want to say thank you for serving us dinner tonight.  This gift you bring to us is greatly appreciated and goes a long way.  You bring a sense of happiness and a warm feeling into my heart with your gift, and joy and harmony into my life.  So thank you."

Our 2011-2012 calendar of events will be posted and registration will begin on September 9

All of our volunteer events are open to children in grades K-8 (and accompanying adults).  A KidzCare® USA volunteer staff member will be present at all events. However, in order to provide adequate supervision of all participating children, and to help foster a love of serving together as a family, it is our policy that a parent or guardian must remain with each child during our events.  A parent/guardian may supervise a maximum of 4 children.

Most of our volunteer events are MCPS SSL approved. If your child will need MCPS SSL credit for serving at one of our volunteer events, please contact us in advance to make sure that the event you are interested in is SSL pre-approved.  Please bring your own SSL form with you to the event (we do not provide SSL forms).  Students must complete all sections of the form (including the reflection section) before it can be signed by a KidzCare staff member.
